I noticed that.
Some days there can be over 150 US military aircraft showing on the radar over the CONUS during what I assumed was a large training exercise. Tends to be less after nightfall.
Usually there are a couple dozen at this time of day.
Are they just suppressing radar signatures ATM?
It's a screen grab from the video that was broadcast during the signing ceremony, which I watched. There's a higher resolution image on the web, you'll find it with DDG. You will see the man on the left side of the video point at the water container several times after the signing is concluded, then shake hands with POTUS. It got my attention when I watched it in realtime.
