I do medical records for work (clinic chain with locations throughout the US) and my workload has been cut by 90%. It’s really odd..new people just aren’t coming in. I honestly don’t know what to make of it.
Not sure.. I went to their website and they’re still admitting people. Maybe doing more telehealth, and I’m not sure if that would generate a medical record, though one would think everything has to be documented somehow. The only mention of COVID in the reports, is to mention not sending someone out for an outpatient consult, due to covid restrictions, but I have seen no mention of a patient who actually HAS it.
Maybe… hard to tell without also seeing where the IV or tube is going in..what part of the body , that would give a clue.
