The mortgage grace period is not as it appears. The full amount is due after the grace period, they do not transfer the payment to the end of the mortgage. You just don't have fees or interest. So where are you suppose to get the money if you can't work? The sauce is based on the communication with the bank. So there is still a major problem coming when those payments are due!!!
