Military has been moved into multiple locations around the homeland under the guise of military hospitals (personnel, equipment and materiel).
Seems like a really good time to act on intelligence and round up cartel members and their networks to me.

Maybe, but I doubt "cheap" will cheap in blood. Cartels play for keeps and so does our military. For the first time, our military will be fighting on native soil to defend our homeland. Don't underestimate their resolve or intensity of their mission.

Why do you think POTUS has been trying to consolidate over in the ME and get our boys home? Their entire and only job is to defend the homeland from enemies foreign and domestic. That's what POTUS is going to have them doing now.

Of course he is, that's part of his job. Being in daily contact with the WHO does not mean that they get to dictate what America does, but it is part of his job responsibility to do that.
What they are doing is getting more eyes on it without publishing something themselves, again. They posted an entire Q post one time, that was published one someone's blog, in full and no commentary.
