IS the virus a drug?
We've seen all these 10klm deep earthquakes around the world that we assume are DUMBS being destroyed. I don't think there have been any in around NYC or LA. Maybe these large cities are like processing centers and the bad guys have been cornered there. The ships are to treat casualties of any warfare to clear them out.
