I just watched this in zoom mode on that spot at top of pole, you can see the string move like 3 times, then it straightens out like getting pulled and then the flag drops with string tight behind flag. So it is a definite that someone pulled a string and dropped the flag.
My questions now are:
Was the flag supposed to fall all the way down and it didn't and why not?
What was the signal supposed to be, what does it mean?
Whitehat did this or blackhat did this?
