you just seem to need an authority figure to hold your hand and keep you safe

do you remember the phrase "whole bull"?
it means you know you cannot control who bakes completely to everyone's satisfaction
so you just take it all with a grain of salt, some bakers do a much better job at some things, and some do better at others
they're all volunteers
you can volunteer and do it
maybe you'll figure it all out someday
