Yeah, boys took pocket knives to school to show the other boys, and it was no big deal. Saw a school yard fight about 60 years ago, where one boy pulled out a knife, expecting the other kid to back down. Instead, he picked up a jagged rock about the size of a cantaloupe, and the guy with the knife is the one who backed down. The point is that NO ONE ratted out that incident to the teachers or administration. It was considered "among us."
