How about H to the 'sels'? (council/counsel)
When POTUS tweeted it I thought "H to [somewhere]" but couldn't see how the misspelled counsel fit in. It's ci instead of se x 3 plus there's "….." at the end of the tweet
Side note: is anybody else having Veep probs today?
