Mr. James E. Sobwick serves as Chief Operating Officer of Leader Technologies Inc. Mr. Sobwick has twenty-three years of experience in telecommunications. Most notably, as Chief Executive Officer of ConQuest Telecommunications, he engineered the $100 million sale of ConQuest to SmarTalk, a pre-paid calling card company, that subsequently sold to AT&T. In the merger, Mr. Sobwick became the Chief Technology Officer /Chief Information Officer of SmarTalk and built out an infrastructure capable of supporting $1 billion in revenue with such customers as the U.S. Postal Service and leading mass merchandisers, consumer electronics retailers, supermarkets, hotels, home office superstores and convenience stores throughout North America and the U.K. Mr. Sobwick has served in various corporate capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Strategic Planning and Operations and Director. From 1984 to 1987, he was a Co-Founder of LCI International, a Midwest based fiber optic carrier, that eventual sold to Qwest. Mr. Sobwick's most recent position was Chief Executive Officer /Director of Communications III, a video conferencing and competitive local exchange carrier. He serves as a Director of Leader Technologies Inc. Mr. Sobwick received Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics, Computer Science and Operations Research eventually with an MBA in Quantitative Management Techniques from Kent State University.

The plurality of server devices are adapted to receive, store and transmit alert information associated with an external event and the plurality of server devices store substantially the same alert information at any given time. The alerting component also directs the plurality of server devices to transmit the alert information to at least one user device. The transmission network is adapted to transmit the alert information using one or more of the plurality of transmission routes between any two server devices.
