Most IV bags are clear. A quick search for IV bags of milky white liquids turns up "lipid emulsion". Apparently it's used to provide nutrition to patients who cannot consume food normally (wide range of reasons), as well as to counter various drug overdoses.

Often when I try to explain why something is innocuous and not noteworthy my comment instead gets rolled to the bread along with the 'notable' I was voting against. I've learned to just smh and not argue with it.
