While I acknowledge and respect your virtue, this would be a punishment to all (like you and me) who were responsible and sacrificed to pay back their debts. What is the effect of that decision on the population?

I'm not following where you going with the global homo and affirmative action nonsense, but I generally agree the whole system is fraudulent and we would all benefit from the fraudulent debts being wiped out.

It doesn't negate the point that those who were responsible and sacrificed to pay back their debts while others partied and lived large is a punishment on the responsible, which is not good for society, either.

I'm wondering if there is a way where everyone can win.

If what we were taught about the industrial revolution is true, then unions had a valid purpose at one point. Today, they are nothing more than political organizations.

It's hard though when you hit that 15% gain but still believe there is room for it to run. Knowing when to sell is always the hardest decision. Discipline will keep you from losing your ass, though.
