what he's saying is the amount of energy on the surface right now dissipates at too rapid a rate for stability after the upcoming "Great War" we're being dragged into. consider that each human at any point in their life has roughly the amount of energy equivelant to a single day of sunlight hitting the face of the earth. Now, multiply that x's the population that always gets "removed" quickly in one fashion or another, now picutre all that energy, literally the equivalant of 5-6 billion days of sunlight hitting the earth all within a single year.
