The elite want clones of their own somatic cells for organ replacement, blood transfusions, etc. They lust after youth and longevity. Who knows if they can transfer their mind/spirit/memories into a clone?
But the organ replacement and young blood thing isn't theoretical.

I have no expectations. My work as an anon is worth a lot of time and $$ but I do not expect monetary compensation. What – 10,000 hours or so by now? Anon was a highly compensated individual at one point, now living on a shoestring by choice for 2 decades. I just want to get our country back and to do what is right, regardless. If compensation comes in any form, it will be accepted with gratitude. But I don't expect it.
No. We do not have any god-given right to create new human beings in any manner other than standard procreation: 1 male + 1 female → baby.
If a human being is created by cloning, it's not "cool" to deprive them of live and steal their organs. That is the worst imaginable sort of crime. A horror! It's not a good thing or brilliant to sacrifice one human being so that another human being can extend their life. It's morally repugnant.
