These kind of reviews( stress tests) are going on all over the country right now..Last week a review was posted here regarding the state of FL hospitals by county, with respect to Covid 19. Thinking another benefit to this is to get out in the open failing healthcare systems, which have largely gone corporate owned and lack competition in many area's of the country since the implementation of Obamacare. The ones that suffer by this are those who have to use those services, either by virtue of insurance mandates or no other medical facility options.
