Think: They wouldn't need to kill a child to get their DNA. Also if they want a clone genetically identical to themself, they would take their own cells, not those of a child who is only 50% genetically the same as either parent.

Let's explain interference of waves from two transmitters where they overlap in an interference zone.
This creates peaks and troughs. The peaks occur where field strength peaks overlap spatially/temporally and constructively (additively) interfere. Troughs occur where field strength troughs overlap spatially/temporally and destructively inferfere.
Where two waves interfere and according to conventional electromagnetic theory cancel one another out, the energy of those two waves actually does not just disappear. Rather, it causes a peak in a different term of the electromagnetic equations that is not normally modelled. Maxwell's original quaternion equations included this term and modelled it, but later physicists attempting to rewrite the awkward quaternion equations into "modern" algebra removed terms from Maxwell's equations because they thought these terms has "no physical significance". It turns out they DID have physical significance.
Were the equations simplified on purpose, to leave a hidden control mechanism in place that all our university-trained engineers and physicists simply ignore when they design/build/test/model?
This missing term can be described as an energy field or wave that is present in a different dimension, but interacts with physical reality. Our bodies and minds deal with such energy. Our life and health and mental functioning depends on flows of such energy.
