Everybody has the virus and doesn't know it so everyone must social distance. If you don't have the virus now, you will get it as soon as you come near anyone else. Cruise ships are floating virus incubators where everyone will be infected so government says do not get on one. To take load off local hospitals, they will put non covid patients on military ships where people come and go, inevitably bringing the virus with them so it can infect everyone and contaminate the whole ship.
This makes no sense. Is the Navy really stoopid or do they know the virus is not a threat on their ships. If virus not a threat on their ships, is it a threat on land?
