Wouldn't surprise me if these caravans are people Trump has veted to migrate into the states. Once they arrive he sets up a camp and grants their asylum. Hero to the good migrants, takes wind outta lefts sails, and gets the right motivated to build the wall.
That is my hopeful, idealistic, and perhaps foolish thought.
