Everyone will be so excited about the stimulus build up in their accounts, older people that know will be dead, everyone will be ready to get back to some kind of a normal life (that has been held as hostage) that they may willingly take the id mark, probably in the form of a vaccine chip proving you are safe.
Those that do not, cannot participate anymore.
