I have a cracked snagit key for any anon that can find the video of the Chinese General in @ 2010-2013 saying at some conference (at a podium, bit of a crowd), saying that China would use a virus to take out the US.

It was on youtube, but prior to the 'archive everything' days of late. It was originally posted to reddit/r/conspiracy before it went full wonton. Can't find it there, but maybe anon's can dig it up in the archive.

So many false positives, but it is out there.

He spoke in Chinese. It had subs. He basically said that the Chinese military strategy to take out the US was not conventional, as they would never be able to match the US and go toe to toe.

Their method was asymetric.

He specifically said (paraphrasing), that North America was stolen lands, and China had no qualms baking us all with a virus to take our lands without destroying them. IIIRC vid was about 20-30 min.
