Samaritan's Purse staff currently have no idea that they are doing anything beyond helping the nearby hospital with Covid patients, if they are there to do something else, they themselves don't know it yet.

The video that I just saw of a walk through they weren't expecting their first patient for another hour. Nothing about the behavior of the staff talking to the camera told me that they knew anything of any nefarious nature. They were giddily waiting to get started. That's all, just reading the mood.
