The location of the 68 bed tent facility is in the East Meadow part of Central Park, which is quite a distance from Pier 90 where the USNS Comfort is docked.

This is NOT like Area 51 where you can't get anywhere near the buildings! If there were any number of abused children being brought up from DUMBS tunnels, half the city would know!
