If there really are thousands of children being freed from underground tunnels/dungeons - and I still haven't seen proof of that - it could well be that the military had to wait until they had neutralized the groups/paramilitaries that would unleash massive nuke/chem/bio attacks in retaliation.

In other words the rescue efforts might have to be delayed until such a time as POTUS was sure they wouldn't result in millions of deaths from attacks the cabal launches in response.

reminds anons of the three books written by Dr Karla Turner in the 90s. Into the Fringe, Masquerade of Angels, and one other I can't remember.

she got taken down in some of those labs and experimented on, then died of 'cancer' a few years later. genetics/cloning shit.

lots of details about her story didn't make sense at the time, but they are coming into focus now.
