What would anons think about this? If you were standing outside and a black car with pretty heavily tinted windows came from the apts across the street into your apts and drove right by you with pretty heavily tinted windows that had the rear passenger window open but with a black cloth that matched the tinting color pretty darn good, and the cloth was behind what appeared to be a camera of some kind about the size of a crackerjack box laying flat on its side, all black also, pointed at about a 30 degree angle forward of the axis of travel? Only two things I can think of that it might be. Either one of those cars that gets the ground images for google earth, or somebody wants a pic of something or someone.
