all those mandatory-mask areas are prime places for cabal trying to make an escape – make a run for it while all the facial recognition cameras are spoiled.
i also have a theory that cabal businesses (like GOOG) were stockpiling masks for Antifa to use for riots. Same reason, foil facial recognition.
