An anon post last night pointed out that there are way more federal indictments than there are elite [cabal] and that the majority of pedofiles are average perverts…uh, uh, I mean normies, so for whom were all these indictments. The anon didn't say but seemed to suggest these many indictments are perverted normies, SO are they the COVID "victims" is my question.

I've researched a bit and cannot find the answer to this question:

If the indictment on a civilian is filed in the federal system, how is it then tried in military tribunal? Is the indictment re-issued from the military system?

It is possible to try US civilians by military tribunal, but would that unsealed indictment be in the PACER, or listed in the military system, and if military, is it still public record?

I went to the PACER but hated to spend 30 bucks just to be nosy and look up one name.
