Do we know if the dead Kennedy relatives who just drowned were wearing life jackets? I'll bet they were not. I live next to . . . um . . . let's just say it's one of the largest bodies of water in my quadrant of the United States.
Living on the shore I observe a lot of people on the water. Fewer than half wear life jackets. I wear one 100% of the time. Hell, even the dogs wear life jackets if they go on a boat or go out on boogie boards.
So I'd love to know if the Kennedy family members thought to put on LJs before climbing into that canoe, of if the deaths are the fault of a negligent mother.
