Well I saw that on /pol earlier and looked at the Twitter feed from there. Some had enlarged the pic and zoomed in on what appears to be a doctor's arm and on the top forearm right next to the blue shirt it appears there is more flesh to the face of the patient.
Which reminded me of having seen a pic of an alleged hybrid human-pig. It was like a pig body with a human face. I saw it on some weird conspiracy site, I don't remember which. But you get the picture. So way back when I saw that pic a few months later I was talking to an extended family member at a family gathering about his job at an animal testing facility. Like for real animal testing facility -- monitors and all. And he told me a bit of this and a bit of that. And I told him about that human hybrid pig I had seen and asked him if they were really doing such bizarre genetic shit.
And he looked real surprised that I had asked that question (or knew to ask it) but then he just kinda smiled that tight lipped smile and kinda nodded his head in affirmation. Then he got up to go chat with others.
No sauce, of course, but sometimes anecdotal nods of the head in tight lipped form speak volumes.
