I don't know anything about that story, so I don't know what the characters are in the book. Remember the email from the "Mad Hatter" to Alice (HRC)? Is Hillary just the mind controlled puppet?

Marty Torrey, that's right. That makes sense, so he was possibly trafficking kids using his shipping containers under the guise of water shipments. So Mad Hatter is like the mastermind then? He controls the supply?
In that scenario, is HRC the one coordinating where the kids go from the ground? So the shipment comes in and she then distributes them?
