A commenter wrote a question for the legal types: 3M is incorporated in Delaware. If China truly has “control” over 3M operations (a fact that should be easily provable, I would think), and, therefore (?), is technically not a “U.S. Corporation” (?)… can the U.S. Government just tell 3M to take a hike? Go incorporate in China, or whatever it is they do over there?
