You're not the first one to make the connection between whatis-theplan and the Q phenomenon. I've been wondering as well, but I didn't think anyone else remembered it. It feels connected, I'm almost positive it is.

Little info one the old website at a cursory glance, whole community's gone and has been for a very long time now. The only remaining post links to something called "The Agora Project" and the "Freedom Informant Network." Never heard of either, look dead as well. But it sounds like it could've been written directly by the Q team at points. If I remember correctly, "The Plan" was infiltrated by COINTELPRO (we call them shills today) and essentially everyone had gone their separate ways by the time Occupy became relevant. I became disillusioned when it all fell apart, ignored politics for years afterwards. Until 2018. How strange that this entire thing may have been orchestrated by the same people going back almost a decade. Probably much longer.

I think it very well might be. Same mission, same general language used, same tactics even. They were quite vague if I remember correctly, sort of how Q is vague today to abide by the law. This was back when the Guy Faux-style Anonymous was still popular, people went around their towns posting up "WHAT IS THE PLAN?" on street corners, bridges and such. It was kind of like a proto-Occupy, Occupy started right when What Is The Plan fell apart actually, like a month later actually.

Info's hard to find, but people can decide for themselves. To me, it sounds like the 2011 version of Q. That's what it felt like back then too, I was 18 at the time and we all thought we were about to take down the entire system with our memes. Kek, not quite yet 18yr old me.
