FEMA RV. Today, parked at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Latham, NY at the entrance to the office park where I work. The only reason I can think they are here is because yesterday a bus load of FDNY CovId19 patients were bussed up from NYC to Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY, about 9 miles away.
