BIrx talked about this last week in one of the Pressers, and said the 200k number was based on if the NY/NJ numbers ended up being the same across the States, but went on to point out that places like CA and even WA were well below that, hence why they were saying 100k-200k. Trump said he thought the final numbers could be even lower.
