I don’t want to freak you out anon. But because I’m the type that puts things off and ignores going to the doctor, I feel like I have to share my wife’s grandpa’s story.
He noticed blood in his urine only once. He went to the doctor anyway and found out he had prostate cancer. Luckily, they caught it early enough that he got it treated. This was a wakeup call for him and he changed his whole diet and lifestyle. Cancer free for 20+ years and healthier than most men my age.
