I think it is Mt. Royal Elementary/Middle school in MD.
The school's name on one of the certificates seems to match and the school being based in MD makes sense with the Orioles jersey in another photo.
Any additional thoughts anons?
The difficult part is that one of these photos is time stamped 2012.
Not that it necessarily matters but their facebook page does have photos of a pizza party and over the last couple pages I have seen the same 3 white girls in pictures multiple time.
The hand in the owl sweater in the FBI photo shows a white girl.
That seems like a stretch to me as I got the impression this was a home issue not an institution issue. But their facebook also has a man doing their announcements and he is always doing them with his white daughter present.
Seems fishy.
If you dig into it, please don't blast photos of these girls on here just in case.
