REPORT: John Durham investigation intensifies focus on John Brennan
It looks like John Durham is zeroing in on former Obama CIA Chief John Brennan in relation to whether he tried to pressure the intel community into their assessment on Russian interference:
DC EXAMINER – U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review of the Russia investigation is putting increased scrutiny on former CIA Director John Brennan, searching for any undue influence he may have had during 2017’s intelligence community assessment of Russian interference.
The top Connecticut federal prosecutor is looking into highly sensitive issues, including whether Brennan took politicized actions to pressure the rest of the intelligence community to match his conclusions about Russian President Vladimir Putin’s motivations, according to sources cited by the Wall Street Journal.

Democrats introduce bill giving coronavirus relief to illegal aliens
Several House Democrats introduced legislation that, if signed into law, would allow illegal aliens to obtain funds from the recently passed coronavirus relief package.
California Rep. Lou Correa, along with two other Democratic lawmakers, introduced the Leave No Taxpayer Behind Act on Friday. The legislation would amend the CARES Act — the $2 trillion stimulus package intended to help Americans suffering under the coronavirus pandemic, and allow individuals living in the U.S. unlawfully to apply for funds.
“I was appalled to learn hard-working, taxpaying immigrants were left out of the $2 trillion CARES Act,” Correa said in a statement released Friday.

China ramping up military presence in South China Sea amid coronavirus crisis
China is taking advantage of the coronavirus pandemic by ramping up military drills and exercises in an attempt to take control of the South China Sea.
China’s People’s Liberation Army (PLA) is flexing its naval powers by conducting exercises with the country’s first home-made aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, in disputed waters as its neighbors are in lockdown to limit the spread of the coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, Asia Times reported.
“Under difficult sea conditions in the early spring in the Bohai Strait, multiple J-15 fighter jets took off from the flight deck of the Liaoning and successfully landed several hours later, indicating the success of the technique rehabilitation training for instructors at Naval Aviation University,” the PLA Daily announced on March 23. “Training for war preparedness will not be stopped even in the middle of the COVID-19 epidemic, and the training of carrier-based fighter pilots must continue.”
On top of that, China is on its way to monopolize untapped oil and gas deposits within what’s referred to as the “nine-dash” line claim, which covers almost 85 percent of the South China Sea and overlaps with waters off of Indonesia’s northern Natuna Islands.
