Concerning Project Looking Glass, is the whole idea that there always was only one possible future with only one possible route to reach it?

If so, then realizing this means that you could, if possible become so aware of your role in reaching this future that maybe you realize you just need to stay home doing nothing (i.e . Corona isolation) until that future is nearer and more clear, as a result of you giving yourself more time to think.
