Talked to him yesterday.

1) Covid-19 cases are not taken to hospital with sirenes on. Tis explains why so quiet. COVID-19 isn't considered emergency cases. So no sirenes allowed.

2) people don't call GP and postpone anything not really life-threatening. This explains quiet hospitals.

3) No moar calls as normal, only diff: it's all COVID-19 cases and almost nutting else.

4) shit is real. Hospitals filling up. EU hospitals: no moar place in ICU's. This is largely due to years of cutbacks in medical sector (liberal government thing).

Countries with a lot of hospital beds don't have major problems (Germany).

UK and Netherlands have big problems: no place in the hospital, understaffed, outsourcing of care to private clinics etc.

CV isn't a huge killer, but with 70% of population infected and 1% needing a hospital: NO PLACE in hospitals.
