wait until Sunday afternoon. All the gains that oil had on thursday and friday will vanish. The meeting on Monday cancelled with no further information on when it will take place. Now Norway is weighing in on cuts because none of them, outside of Russia, can survive with oil this low. Not to mention all muh debt that oil/gas companies carry.
