Fauci rushing to the stage, very deliberately doing the hand thing, then when bald guy in foreground turns around, Fauci acts like he's just waving.

Thing is, what caught me about the gesture is that it felt like Fauci was absolutely doing the gesture deliberately UNTIL he got noticed and then reacted nervously and immediately as if, subconsciously, he was only intending his hidden gesture to be seen by certain people (and not bald guy,) thus he felt "caught" even if he wasn't necessarily doing something wrong BUT was noticed anyway.

Which was weird.
