Thanks anon. I was looking for a graphic like that and couldn't find one. Yep, they were talking with researchers and vendors about requirements for mobile, ad-hoc, self-configuring networks with QoS provisioning over 20 years ago so I guess they have it working by now, kek.

I do not believe ourguys intend to demolish all the DUMBs. I believe they are retaking control of some of the DUMBs that were blackhat, black-budget operations. The retaking will involve some rescues and some demolitions. The absolute horror of underground warfare is something I've been thinking about a lot, and surely it does not involve simply sending robots down their to plant explosives then blowing things up. The facilities themselves are valuable militarily and for civil defense. The amount of stored provisions could feed the entire nation. Secret technologies, caches of weapons, disruption of the air and energy supply that soldiers engaged in tunnel warfare depended on … it is a very difficult, dangerous, dicey proposition. A lot of good intel would be needed first before doing anything. What is down there, the topology, the controls for doors and engineering structures,…where captives are held if any.
