Not the strongest moments of his presser today, imho.

Let the stuff do its work (if it works), and let the results speak for itself, when the time is right. Then, at this point, he can rightfully say he knew it and initiated or paved the way for it.

The way he did it today, incl. volume of voice, choice of words etc, it too strongly felt like he was trying too hard to convince someone.

Just my 2c about that part of the presser today.

That thing is shredded as far as I heard.

Horseshoe bats haven't been sold on the wet market, and there is no natural habitat for them around Wuhan for 600 miles.

But they had them in two labs in Wuhan at the time.
