Anons, POTUS' Homepage always has a message/announcement. Usually it's "Together We Are Rebuilding Our Nation -President Trump"

(any announcements, such as Rallies or recent live streams are put over it, but it's always there). IIRC, last time this happened was back in March 14-16.

Same as back in March, he's just saluting the Marine and, of course, it's still "signed", -President Trump.

The Salute has got to be THE hand gesture POTUS loves (cherishes) more than Thumbs-Up.
