Namely David Wilcock, who announced recently his permission to brief the public about upcoming arrests including full 8-hour looped declass/disclosure via emergency broadcast networks after 3 days of no TV, internet, or phone function except emergency services, due in the next few weeks (initially by Good Friday, April 10th). So he held an ascension / meditation / positivity guided hour-long stream, as did many other YouTubers apparently…
