Something just kept bugging me about Captain Crozier, the 7th Fleet, and Fat Leonard. I did some more digging this morning, and it turns out dude was skipper of the USS Blue Ridge. That ship was the "apparent epicenter of the Fat Leonard scandal" per this article.
