Just going by the chan exchange Jenna seemed to be a 'real' person to me. Polite, not demanding, humble and grateful when they walked her through getting the computer back up.
I've seen reports, back in the day somewhere, that Pam is nice, too. It was a thread with people who knew her as a soccer mom, or maybe Little league.
