I saw that the the grocery store to day. About half of people were wearing masks (many 10% were wearing the kind that works). I saw panicky looks in there eyes as I (not wearing a mask) walked past them. I considered fake-coughing into my sleeve just to see what would happen, but though better of it.

The level or shutdown, and the build up of medical capacity, is in anticipation of the peek of the pandemic. We're are not there yet. It like there's a hurricane is coming and you're asking why the stores are all boarded up just because of (peers up at the sky) "a few raindrops and a light breeze".
