I found that pic of Tulsi randomly browsing Qresearch. Thought it was well known by now but glad you learned now as I did. Pic could be fake though, I do not have the skillset to verify a pictures accuracy but no one has pointed out or discredited thus far to my knowledge.
I guess sharing pics and memes is more useful than I thought. Researching and digging this stuff is a full time job in and of itself.
