In a "lockdown" state and I heard the same thing at the Walmart on Saginaw Hwy (outside Lansing). Not sure if it was troopers or sherriffs (doubt the sherriffs would particpate, given their oath) but it was unbelieveable to hear. They were limiting the # of people going into the store.
