It's OK to explain why so newbaker can remember and understand. I have reported innumerable breads to the BO for this title problem over the past few days. It is so annoying and I'll explain why:

There HAS to be a colon (:) after the bread number. The format has to have the colon exactly there because it is used by the derivative sites, and by several widely-used user Javascripts, to recognize which breads are Q Research General.

If you omit the colon then the

qresear.ch archive won't be able to find the breads.

Anons who use javascript tools to navigate between breads won't be able to either.

Those tools are really helpful for times when the catalog has failed, but we count on every baker to do their part to keep this software ecosystem working properly.

Yeah, during the really bad DDOS that cleared up only a few hours ago, the site was very intermittent and the new error message started showing up very often. I presume there's some updated code on the Vanwanet CDN or on 8kun.top.

That error code is retriable. (Over and over retryable). Eventually the post goes through after 2,3,4,5 tries. It's a symptom of the site being under heavy attack.
